Having problems with mx records please help

    Hi, I have been trying for days to change my mx records in wordpress so that my email can work again. My domain name was bought from intuit it is hosted on wordpress my name servers are already pointed to wordpress so intuit as informed me that I have to change my dns records through your site. They have already gave me what to enter. Only problem.

    When I log into word press I go to store then to domain the only thing that I can get to is custom dns. So I try to use the format given yet it doesn’t match what intuit sent me. I think their format is different.

    I really need help I don’t know why I can’t just enter the codes instead of doing a custom one.

    What were you sent? If you post the records you were sent someone can probably help – until we see the records, nobody can help

    Different hosts have slightly different formats for the same records

    I was on the phone with them for 40 min and that is all they sent me and said I had to fill in the information on my own.

    and yes I am using those instructions.

    Your current domain has this MX record:
    MX 10 inbound.homesteadmail.com

    Is that the correct record? or do you have you e-mail hosted elsewhere now?
