Having problems with my hosting account – I dont have Administrator privileges

I havent been able to get any support from WordPress.com even though I was given the 24/7 support option in my subscription features. I recently encountered a problem with a Jetpack update that redirected my homepage to the Coming Soon page of WordPress.com, i fixed that myself , support has not responded even after 10 days.
Now I noticed I dont have access to Administrator privileges on the account I paid for, support has not responded (so much for 24/7 live support). How do I resolve this , I need to apply for a refund and look for hosting elsewhere.

You created the account noore5c0cf66eb9 only a month ago, so it cannot be connected to an older website you created in April – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/http://www.myteams.co
As you have a paid plan, you must use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that site – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#verify-your-account-ownership

You may have lost Administrator privileges and faced issues with Jetpack connection because of any imports done to the site from another site that didn’t have this user account. We have fixed that as well.
