Having to troubleshoot plugins to edit/create new content

  Hello, I’m very new to wordpress still and have been struggling with this problem since the new updates. When I am using various plugins, whether it’s Slider Revolution, TablePress or Responsive Accordian I have to troubleshoot the plugin to edit/create new content. While this temporarily works, I’d like to understand the problem and find a solution. I’m hoping someone who is much more knowledgeable than me can help. Thank you!

  I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
