Having trouble accessing the ‘alerts’.

    The orange dot on the alert bell tells me I have ‘likes’ or ‘comments’, but when I click on it, it won’t open. The blue circle (waiting) just keeps spinning.

    Hi alexandra1st,

    I’ve checked your account and the notifications area is loading without any issues for me. Could you try clearing your browser cache?

    Hi gemmacevans,

    I have just cleared my browser cache and still the notifications aren’t opening. I’m guessing it might be an issue with my laptop’s connection to the internet.
    Have had my page open for about 5 minutes now and still only showing the blue tab and circle in the middle.

    Sorry to hear that, Alexandra. Would you be willing to try another browser to see if that helps at all? You’re in Chrome now, so maybe Firefox?

    It could be your internet connection (testing another would help). But it could also be your browser or security settings or an extension giving you issues. Trying another browser would help us determine the cause.
