Having trouble adding a new page
-
The blog is used to host online content for a magazine that we publish twice a year. I am trying to create a new homepage that can look exactly like the current homepage without having to delete all of our original content. Basically, I’d like two pages with the same layout, but the first page would have the current magazine’s stories, and the second page would have the previous magazine’s stories, which is up there now.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
What you can do is create Category Pages. This would let you categorize all your posts into Previous Stories and Current Stories. Then you can add these category pages to your Custom Menu. So only posts in that respective category will appear on that specific page.
Take a look at the links for more information.
Let me know if you have any questions with this!

Hi Grace,
Thank you for your help with the pages. I was able to resolve that problem. However, now, when I type in our URL, it links directly to the Category Page instead of to the new homepage I created. Is there any way to resolve that?
Thank you!

Hi there,
So I just checked your settings and it seems like NetPlay Home was set as your Front Page. If you want to change that to another page, please go to Settings > Reading in your Dashboard.
Where it says: Front page displays update that to the static page that you want.
Cheers!

Thank you! I messed with it for a while after I messaged you and was able to figure it out. I appreciate your help.
