Having trouble and really need to talk to a human…

    Access our site…keep getting msgs like…can’t find dns on our internet…or HP connection error… Hp said not their problem…checked our computer… CloudHosted said to talk to you…HELP

    Howdy vinhei!

    It seems that your site has never been associated with WordPress.com but only ParkPage and CloudHosted. If they said to speak with us, they may be referring to WordPress.ORG, not WordPress.COM.

    It would be better suited for you to ask this question at https://WordPress.org/support/ for a more accurate answer. If you don’t have a WordPress.ORG account you’ll need to create one. Your WordPress.COM account won’t work there.

    Also, you can read the differences of WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
