  Can’t use the cancel on my upgrades but I’d like to cancel my domain

  Canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.

  HI there,

  I have canceled your domain name, as requested.

  The domain will now get sent back to the registrar.

  The registrar will decide when to release it back to the open market, which is not guaranteed, but which usually happens within a few weeks.
