Having trouble changing contact info

  Hi,

  I’m trying to change my email address in the “Domain Contact Information” section, but it just doesn’t save the new one. After I’ve done the change of email address, it tells me that it’s not instant, it will take a few minutes to be changed. But it’s been 3 hours… I really need to change my email address because I am doing a domain transfer and some info has to be sent to me via email. The correct email.

  Has anyone experienced this? Please help :)

  Can you let me know the email address you’re trying to change the email to? Please note, the email address will appear redacted in the forums, but it will be visible to staff.

  Hi!

  First, we’ll need to very the Hotmail address that is currently associated with the domain. You should have received an email to that address asking for verification. Can you click that link? Then, we’ll be able to change the address!

  Thanks. I’ve verified my email, it’s all done.
  But now I’m having problems with the actual transfer I mentioned in my first post. I’m completely lost if I’m honest :( I’ve received a transfer authorization code and tried to follow all the instructions I found re: transferring and I still need help.
  I need my domain waikiharnais.com to point to my site WHFilms.co.uk which is hosted by One.com. Could you let me know how to do this, in easy steps? I am not familiar with this at all. Thank you so much

  It looks like your domain is still locked at WordPress.com. Can you follow the steps here to unlock it?

  Also, at One.com, have you done the initial steps to setup the transfer? There will be some steps you need to complete on their site as well. I tried searching for their documentation, but I couldn’t find it unfortunately.
