having trouble changing credit card for akismet

I need to change my credit card for Akismet. Your ”Change Credit Card Details” guide does not seem to apply to my account as I am not able to find ANY of the sections mentioned, through both methods of viewing/changing the credit card info. Please advise.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate. Note that we do not provide support here at WordPress.COM for any installs of WordPress.ORG software. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs being hosted right here on this multiuser blogging platform.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

I also need to change my credit card details as i have a new card but when i enter them your system keeps saying check billing details ????
We must know exactly what is its problem, i have waisted hours on this problem now, please help.
