Having trouble changing font sizes in Twenty Sixteen Theme

  I have been playing around with font sizes in the style sheet to my blog (blog.yabushmeis.com) for a while now and have not been able to successfully increase the font size of either the post title, the date information under the post title, or of any of the information I have in the in sidebar widgets.

  Not sure what else to do, would appreciate any guidance
