Having Trouble Deleting A Widget

Hi! I am trying to delete my 5-Star Rating widget, but everytime I even try to click on the widget or widget area (whichever way you understand it) it gives me this TypeError: TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘scrollTop’)

Hi there,
It looks like this is a bug that was most likely introduced by a software update yesterday. Thanks for reporting it – I’ve forwarded details to our developers so they can get this fixed.
Meanwhile, you can try removing the widget from the widgets page at https://autisticreverend.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php instead. It doesn’t appear to be causing the error there, only in the Customizer.

Thank you, Sir for trying to help. But my Widgets section is giving me some issues too. I followed that link and I even tried navigating to it myself, but it only shows a white screen below the WordPress toolbar. The toolbars work fine and actually show up, but in the area it is supposed to let me fix my widgets stays blank white. I kept my screen up for 10 minutes and still nothing.
But I still appreciate your help regardless. Thank you. :-)

Ok, first please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

I’m sorry, but I took all steps you asked.
1st, Checked my browser version: Chrome 96 for Android (I’m guessing it’s the same on Android). And my Chrome is setup to have auto-updates.
2nd, I cleared all Cache and Cookies. I have no browser extensions that I’m aware of.
I’m sorry for all the trouble. But thank you though for trying to help. :-)

Sorry for the double post, but if it will help, I wanted to let you know I also cleared the cache from Chrome through my Settings app (system) too after it still wouldn’t load.

Please check if the WP-Admin link I gave you above works if you use a browser on a computer instead.

Yes Sir. I only have mobile devices at the moment. Well, me personally I only have this phone, but my dad has his Android tablet. He’s peculiar and picky about letting people use it. If it’s ok, I will just wait until the bug is fixed.

I’ve confirmed the widgets page in WP-Admin appears to be broken on Android browsers. This is an issue with the WordPress software itself, and I’ve reported it to the team over on WordPress.org.
As you don’t have access to a computer, and the mobile app won’t allow you to make changes to widgets, I’ve gone ahead and removed that ratings widget for you.
