having trouble expoprting contact

  I’m trying to export my blog in order to back it up,
  but for the last 2 months(!) I’ts not working.
  The browser tries to do it, and then just goes into “cannot find internet page” page,
  and also says:
  “net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND”
  does anyone know what might be the problem?
