  Hi there. If you’re logged in to your WordPress.com account you should be able to like or follow any blog on WordPress.com via the buttons in the black admin bar at the top of the screen. See: https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/

  If you don’t see the black admin bar when viewing the blog, then that blog is not on WordPress.com.

  If you have trouble following a specific blog, we need the exact URL of that blog, starting with http://, not just the title.
