Having trouble getting a theme paired with my web address.

    I am sorry but I’m having trouble… I really thought that the process would be a little more seamless. I signed up paid and I thought it would be a step-by-step process. I need help because the website keeps telling me that my domain name is already taken when I try to set up a website within the theme. Can you point me to the process or give me a step by step Walk-through so that I can Get passed this technical glitch. Thank you

    I don’t see any subscriptions under your account; I understand that you paid for a domain elsewhere? What is the address of the domain in question?

    If you’re trying to use a domain registered elsewhere, you will want to connect it rather than register it again:
