Having trouble getting back into my partially completed site after accepting being an administrator in 2015..

  I was added as an administrator by my friend in 2014 and worked on the site in 2015. Now in 2020 I wanted to get back into the site and I did using one of the links I had but cannot remember my Password and cannot make any changes to the designed 2015 pages. Since it was so long ago all of my files/links are no longer relevant. HELP
