having trouble importing

  I want to import my blog on blogger to wordpress and it keeps giving me an error message – any ideas how to get this done?

  Where are you getting the error message from? WordPress or Blogger? What does it say?

  Hi raincoaster,
  I am getting err “We were not able to gain access to your account. Try starting over.” in WP.
  I am trying more than 10times , each time i clear the account settings and try.I dunno why
  please help me.

  If you can’t sign in to WP.com, you need to contact staff. And please don’t post the same problem in more than one thread.

  Hello,
  I’v imported my blog from blogger and wanted to have all these posts on a seperate page in my WP blog, not on the HOME page. So, how can I move posts between pages? Or can I just Rename the HOME page to have the title I wanted to give my ‘old’ blog?

  You can only have posts in one place on WordPress.com; all other places on the blog are by definition static pages. If you want them in a totally separate place but still in blog format, you can always register another blog and put them there and link to them.

  Generally you can rename the blog easily enough under Options, although you cannot change the URL.

  Posts are switched between *pages* by altering their categories, and by setting up the number you want on the first page in options. That is it.
