Having trouble importing.

  I’m having trouble importing. I’m using the wordpress importer but it’s freezing. I tried making the files size smaller, but it’s still not working. Can the importer be reset and then going forward what’s the biggest file size i can import at a time?

  Hi there,

  The importer on your site is not stalled, so it might be a caching issue if you’re trying to import from My Site ->Settings. Please see if clearing the browser cache makes any difference.

  Otherwise, please try importing from the WP-Admin dashboard instead:

  https://saranachlis.wordpress.com/wp-admin/admin.php?import=wordpress

  The maximum file size our importer accepts is 15MB, but smaller files tend to work better.
