having trouble Installing theme from Theme forest on my blog

I have upgraded my blog to premium and i’m looking to install a theme that I purchased. However I can’t seem to get it done. I also cannot get the wordpress download for localhost on my MAC. I would really like some assistance, cheers.

Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
