Having trouble launching the site
-
Hi, I’m trying to launch mathyishani.wordpress.com. I clicked ‘Launch site’ and skipped purchase plans because I want to simply use the subdomain. However I get a blank screen after that.
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is a problem for me too. My external webpage stays on the “Coming Soon” page because when I try to select the “skip purchase” option at the bottom to choose the free website with the wordpress.com domain, the page https://wordpress.com/start/launch-site/plans-launch?siteSlug=janice180993974.wordpress.com shows up and stays blank/stuck and does not progress to confirm that I want the free option.
I tried to launch on several browsers and the ios app.

This is the blank screen I get: https://wordpress.com/start/launch-site/plans-launch?siteSlug=mathyishani.wordpress.com

Hi there, please try using a different browser to the one you normally use in order to launch your site.
Here’s general info on launching your site https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/#launch-your-site
If that works for you or you need more help, please post back here and let us know.

Hello all!
@mathyishani , @ezzkb , @jeisenstadtd66007513dThis sounds like a possible known issue that’s on our radar, but is an intermittent one and has been difficult to pin down.
Are you able to provide your browser details as per https://www.whatismybrowser.com/?ref=whatsmybrowser.com please to help us troubleshoot and find a common denominator please.
Many thanks in advance!

This has been an issue that was reported earlier today and we’ve since fixed.
