Having Trouble Logging In Through Website

  My friend cannot login via wordpress.com. She keeps getting a message that says ‘invalid user name and/or password,’ but she is able to login via the WordPress app on her iPhone and all functionality seems to be there.

  The steps to reset her password don’t work either, because it is not recognizing her email address associated with the account.

  The next steps require a proof of ownership: Transaction ID, activation key, and two factor authentication codes. None of which she has.

  I am posting for her because without being able to login, she cannot post anything.
