Having trouble logging in to owner account for website
-
I recently posted on the forum asking for help with my website (https://newerasolutionsllc.net/) because the website is down and I need to get it back up. Unfortunately, I don’t know which email to log into in order to get support for the website. I paid someone long ago to help make the website and fear that they used their own wordpress account to create the website. I thought that we made it using MY main email address, but I am having trouble logging into wordpress via that account. The only way for me to contact support is to go through public forums. Can I get direct contact with support to help resolve this issue? I can provide additional information directly to them so they know that I own the website.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The site newerasolutionsllc.net is not actually hosted by WordPress.com; I’m afraid we’re not the right people to help you with this issue. According to our Site Profiler tool, that domain is currently hosted by Google, but it also appears to be using SiteGround’s name servers — If you have a SiteGround account you can log into, contacting their support team might be a good place to start.
Keep in mind that WordPress itself is a piece of software for building websites. WordPress.com is actually just one of many hosting companies which offers that software — but we are also named after it, so this can often cause confusion. Your site can be built using the WordPress software, without ever having any connection to or interaction with the WordPress.com platform.
