having trouble logging in to wordpress premium account, confirmation link that was sent is now invalid, asked for another one but was unsuccessful, to find out more who can I contact and how? thank you

That site is owned by a different account that’s associated with a different email address. If you still have access to that other email address, you can enter that in the password recovery form:
https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If that doesn’t work, in order to regain access to a WordPress.com account, we’ll need a transaction ID for any upgrades purchased for the account:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/
