Having trouble moving subscribers
-
Hi, I have the Jetpack plug-in installed. I am trying to move my subscribers from hopelessmomantics.wordpress.com (WordPress.com hosted) to http://hopelessmomantics.com (BlueHost). Can you please help? Thank you!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Yes. We can help in a couple of ways. First, we outline a few things you should do before moving your subscribers at the following link:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/
If you have completed all the preparatory steps and are ready to move your subscribers, you can follow the steps outlined in the Subscription Migration Tool guide or, if have an upgraded plan and you prefer, you can contact us via chat and we will move your subscribers for you.
Best of luck! Hope that helps. :)

Thank you, but I did the necessary preparatory steps, and then I tried the migration tool, but the Jetpack site is not showing on WordPress.com when I get to the “switch site” feature. I’m not sure why because I have the Jetpack plug-in installed, activated, and connected.

Hmm. I think it might be best to have a staff member take a look at this for you. I’ll add the modlook tag so this forum will be added to their queue. They will reply to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience while you wait for their reply.

Hi there,
I’ve migrated those subscribers for you.
The self-hosted site does appear to be correctly connected to your account, so it should show under Switch Site. Can you please check if clearing your browser cache perhaps makes it show up?
