Having Trouble Posting

  Hi,

  I haven’t been able to create new pages on my site in the last couple of days. The message I get before I even type the title is:

  The editor has encountered an unexpected error.

  Attempt Recovery Copy Post Text Copy Error

  Any ideas on what’s going on?

  Any help you can give would be much appreciated.

  Hi John-Michael,

  I’ve checked washingtonmemo.org and the account you are using to post here is still listed as an Administrator, so that’s not the issue.

  As a first step, please try clearing your browser cache with these steps:

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  If that doesn’t help, it would be great if you could do a couple of things for me:

  1. Try using a different browser to see whether the issue also occurs there.
  2. Send a numbered list of the exact steps you took before seeing the error message.

  I can then take a closer look at what is happening, thanks!

  Thank you. I cleared my browser cache and that fixed the problem. I really appreciate your response.
