Having trouble posting pics on my blog

  Can anyone help? Has WordPress changed the format for uploading new bog posts there used to be an ‘insert image ‘ Button which has now gone when I try to upload an image it says ‘error’ http problem I’m a confused by the changes they have made I didn’t have any problems before?
