How can I read feedback that was left for me?

I am unable to access feedback that was left for me. I can read the first feedback that was left but not the second. when I click on it a pop up box says this:
“Internet Explorer has stopped working”
and restarts my page.
I have done some research on the internet to find the trouble but have been unable to make a difference. Is there any way that you can access that feedback for me or tell me how I can stop that pop up box from showing up?

If you haven’t already can you try clearing your cache and cookies? If that isn’t working can you try loading the feedback in Firefox?
