Having trouble receiving email notifications

I cannot recieve email notifications when a booking comes in.
My business email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
For some reason when someone books it doesn’t let me know. unless I log in to view my bookings.
I would like to be notified by email or by text or by both whenever a customer has booked an appointment. my # is
