    amenora.wordpress.com — is there any way to recover my site I recently deleted and get the writings and then swithc them to my newest, and delete them from the older? please and thank you.

    Hi there!

    We’ve restored the site amenora.wordpress.com for you as it was deleted within the last 30 days. You can export the content from this site by following this: https://wordpress.com/support/export/ and then import using the exported file by following this: https://wordpress.com/support/import/

    Please don’t delete the site again if you plan on using its address in the future. After 30 days, we won’t be able to restore a deleted site anymore.

    Let us know if you have any more questions.

    Sorry for all the convoluted Requests:

    I was able to retrieve the writings, all the way up until September. October, however, was not included, and there were writings/pictures (I think) which I would like to restore/retrieve.

    Is this possible? Thanks,

    I’m a bit confused about what you are trying to do, so I’m hoping you can clarify things a bit.

    I see we restored amenora.wordpress.com (which you had previously deleted) and you are trying to export content from that site and import it into another site, yes?

    Is amenorakumo.wordpress.com the site you are trying to move your amenora.wordpress.com to? Or is it another site that is your “new” site in this case?

    You are referring to posts on amenora.wordpress.com yes? Are your missing items the ones you deleted and put in the trash here? https://wordpress.com/posts/trashed/amenora.wordpress.com

    In our activity logs for this site I can see that you deleted several pages and blog posts (before closing the site itself) and there are a few posts in there from October.

    Sent to another “Staff”; redundancy.

    “Help?”–

    Hello, it’s been difficult; I have multiple threads of ‘help’ from staff. I’m a bit flabbergasted.

    I can retrieve all my writings on amenora.wordpress.com, all the way ut til October, which is not able to be seen/retrieved. Nor can I log in to my amenora account, it says it’s deleted, and I had tried explaining to another Staff member the same; when I try and log in to (email visible only to moderators and staff) (the amenora account) it says it’s been deleted. Yet the site is still up, with all writings except October.
    I was told to look in the trash of Amenora.wordpress.com, but I don’t remember deleting the writings from Oct. And, further– I was not able to locate an email that would let me “undelete” my account.

    So I am wondering what I should do. Also, once I retrieve the writings from October from amenora.wordpress.com, I was wondering if I could close the account somehow and switch the email address from “amenora.wordpress.com”
    to my new account “amenorakumo.wordpress.com”.

    So, to make things “simple” lol — I was wondering if I could somehow get back onto my amenora.wordpress.com and Retrieve the writings, and then once they’re safe, delete that account and transfer the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) to be used by amenorakumo.wordpress.com

    Sorry for the convolution. Let me know If I can be any clearer! :)

    I can see that this site was undeleted, but the user account amenora was itself closed. Because of this we can’t “give the site back” to the owner at this stage.

    However, if you are the previous owner of amenora.wordpress.com it is possible to reverse an account closure during the first 30 days after an account is closed. We are not able to help with that but you can request assistance from our account recovery team by contacting them directly at passwordhelp@wordpress.com
