Thanks for your reply. From what I can tell the link you are referring to is for plan upgrades/purchases. When I go to that section of my account there are no credit cards to update and no purchases to renew. -

Exactly which username account registered the blog and purchased the domain mapping upgrade?
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
Are you logged in as Admin ?

Yes. The site I was having trouble renewing is arrowmakerdesign.wordpress.com.
I used to be better at keeping track of all the variations. I need to clean up and jettison some of the older, less used accounts.
