Having trouble setting up chat support

This is a question for a tech rep not the forum. I have a domain (ricksnedekerauthor.com) and a site installed that I can access, but I find it very confusing to customize. I tried to sign up for a month’s chat live support but because I already have a domain, site, etc., I couldn’t proceed. Can you somehow sign me up for chat and let me know how to access it ASAP? I may want to sign up for more than a month, but I want to see how helpful it is to start. I need to get going quickly on this site. I don’t hear great on the phone, so chat is important to me in this process. FYI, my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thanks very much for any assistance on this.

That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. Our Staff do not provide support for it or any wordpress.ORG software. C
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. thought I was getting my domain on WordPress.com, so now I have no idea what to do to get help with the High End Minimalist theme and customizing my website.
You need to post to wordpress.org support http://wordpress.org/support to get support for that theme.
WordPress.ORG has free software and peer support forums only. There is no Staff support and no live chat.

It was because you stated that, that I said to contact your web host, as I assumed they has some sort of plan for live chat support for hosting issues. For software issues and for theme issues you must post to wordpress.org support http://wordpress.org/support
