Having trouble setting up contact forms that generate an automatic response
-
I set up an automated welcome email series in creative mail. But, I can’t get contact forms to send an automated response. Tried contac form 7, Ninja forms, wp forms, and jetpack. None will send a welcome email in response to sign up. Now, we have removed all forms and are ready to start over. I have watched multiple videos. None cover connecting creative mail or contact to the contact form. There are 3 of us trying to figure this out. Obviously, I am not the most tech savvy person. Is there a way to get step by step instructions to make a contact form that will show up on every page and connect to creative mail? Any help will be appreciated! Thank you!

Hi there,
wpbeginners has a good article on welcome emails:

However, I checked your site and it appears you’re in the wrong forum. Although your site is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it is using the open-source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums, as they may have some good suggestions for plugins:

These forums are for WordPress.com-hosted sites only. Since we do not have access to self-hosted WordPress.org sites, we are unable to provide any direct assistance to your issue.
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org you can read this document:
Thanks!
