Having trouble sigining into my account

Hello, I am having trouble with our wordpress account. I have received an error message, and in order to try to remedy this problem I need to sign into my account and this feature is also not working.

WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Slider Revolution.

The site you are referring to appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site, and not a site on WordPress.com.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org (the version most traditional hosts use) are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
However, if you have access to the server control panel through the host for your site, it is always possible to regain access to a self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through it: http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
