having trouble w/ video and audio embeds.

  I’m having trouble adding videos and audio clips to my site. I found some solutions here in the questions forum but after 20 minutes of failure, I’m still not understanding how to embed videos. If someone could help me understand this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

  Normal embeds will not work for security reasons. WordPress will remove them without notice or question.

  However there is a work around here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/tag/embed/
