HAVING TROUBLE WITH AUTHENTICATION APP

Hi there,
I am having trouble logging in on my other account WordPress.com which was created with (email visible only to moderators and staff).
My website is https://mohammad.riyad.wordpress.com/I have my email and password but I don’t have the authenticator app. I don’t have the previous mobile and I tried adding the app on my present mobile but the app is not working as there is no account saved.
However, I tried to recover my account from here https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery . But, as I am a free user I don’t have any transaction ID, I am having an issue with authentication codes.
I do have the activation mail but, when I copy the activation URL there I can’t submit the form as it says, invalid url.I have the email and password of my account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). Please help me recover my account. Will be waiting cordially for your positive feedback.

passwordhelp@wordpress.comusing the email address on file with the account, and share the situation and the link to the site you’re trying to recover access to. Share the activation URL and any other info you have too, and let them know the form wasn’t working for you. Thanks in advance! -
