Having trouble with guided transfer

  So I purchased the guided transfer today, and went and made a bluehost account. When I went to step 3 of the guided transfer section where you input the username and pass, I’m getting an error message that says “That username/password combination does not seem to work in our automated testing.” I’ve tried every single combination of username and password, and still can’t figure it out.

  I’m having trouble with a guided transfer from wordpress.com to .org. It says the option is ‘unavailable’ for my blog: http://bristolfashionista.wordpress.com

  I don’t think I have used any custom fonts, so why is it saying this?

  My technical ability is zero, so really confused right now! Please help!
