Having Trouble With Multiple Issues

    Hi! I’m having trouble with instagram not connecting to my website despite multiple attempts, pictures aren’t available on my grid (can’t find the right button to push for that), editing the website is not fixing issues (not seeing changes that I’m making).

    Sorry to hear that you’ve been experiencing issues with your website.

    It looks like your site uses the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and it’s hosted at another hosting provider. This forum is for WordPress.com hosted sites only – sorry about the confusion!

    Hi there,

    While the WordPress.org forums are the best place for general support with the version of WordPress you’re using, your issue sounds like it’s with the Instagram plugin you’re using on your site. So in this case, please contact support for that plugin instead.

    The general WordPress.org forums won’t be able to help with issues caused by a plugin made by a private developer, as it’s not part of the core software itself.
