having trouble with my customizing my theme pages

  I click on customize theme button it reports: customizing tools did not load correctly.

  My next problem is the navigation menus tool. I am suppose to only pick one but there is not any menus to pick from. I use to have Media or Primary. My question is how do I get them back?

  This old thread might help with the customizing tools not properly loading.

  As far as your nav menus tool, you have the option to add a menu and customize from there.
