having trouble with payment for the 14 day

  Hi, My name is new, I am having trouble with payment for the 14 day free trial of the premium plan, I try to cancel this plan in the first day that I register and I think it already cancel. However, today, WordPress cut my money from my account. So, what should I do to get my money back.

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.   Hi there,

  We canceled the charge for that upgrade before the payment was processed, so WordPress.com never collected any payment. If your bank is still holding the funds for that charge, please contact your bank directly for more information about when those funds will be released back into your account.

  Some bank reserve the funds for pending payments (removing the money from your account), even before the payment is finished processing. Then, if the pending payment is cancelled, they process that canceled payment and return the funds to your account. That’s all dependent on your bank and you can contact them for more details.
