Having trouble with Tenku template
-
Hi! I’m new to WordPress and am finding it extremely difficult to use. I have the Tenku template and would like to do the following. (I’ve searched online and am not having any luck with my issues.):
- When I click on “About” or “Contact” on the homepage, I’d like to remove the black section that contains the page title, author and date. I’d like the title to be directly above the photo and the author and date gone altogether.
- On my homepage, I’d like to move my site title to the left a smidge. I tried adding additional CSS that I found online, but that didn’t do anything.
- The homepage is displaying awfully on mobile and slightly better on tablet (viewing from the WordPress site, not on actual devices). I know I’m supposed to set the width to 100%, but I can’t figure out how.
Thank you in advance for whoever can help me.

The site title is supposed to be on two lines. I must have messed that up when I was trying to get mobile to render correctly.

Hi Tracy, I see you have managed. Your website looks nice! I am also trying to set the Tenku theme. I have experience in WordPress so if you need any help, don’t hesitate to reach me, although I don’t think you need it anymore 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
