Having trouble with themes

    I am struggling with activating a theme for my new blogsite. It says to contact support, so that is what I am doing.

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    We will be unable to help you as it looks like your site is hosted by Bluehost, which means you are using open source wordpress.org as opposed to wordpress.com. You can contact them for support at wordpress.org/support.
