Having troubles

  I can not reach the home page to build my website. I bought a domain yesterday and came to wordpress so that I can edit it but the Edit page wasn’t opening! Then I watched a tutorial and in that they said it may take a day to get set and then I left it right there. And now onwards I am not able to even reach the dashboard.
