having troubles with catigories

  I am having some difficulties using wordpress i have been trying to figure this out for the past month and decided too give up until i can get some professional support.. i have my blog hosted on my own server

  for example say i have a discussion and i have on my first page called magic jack feedback where people who are having troubles with device and the users can post comments about the device then i created a 2nd category names magic jack reseller and i would include a post on that topic letting people know if there a reseller to post there reseller information the problem i am having after i made a 2nd catigory and i put a post up instead of it being in the post just for magic jack reseller the post also goes to the front of my blog and inside the dash bored when i click add new comment on the right side i made sure that the reseller category was checked if anyone has any type of solution i would appreciate it i didnt know if there was a way too have it too where my front page people can post comments as well as having a 2nd page where people can post comments on another topic
