Having two accounts

I currently have a premium upgrade. I am wanting to have two sites, one that I can keep private and experiment with and the other where I can put material that I and a couple of people have reviewed first from the private site. Since the public site has the potential to be of interest to a large audience I would like that to be a business account. Can I have one account be a business account and the other account be a premium account?
I have seen people ask about having multiple blogs from one account, but I am not asking for that. I want to have multiple accounts, but have them be of different types. In this case one premium and the other business.

Hey there!
You can absolutely have two sites with two different upgrades.
Upgrades are applicable on a per-site basis, in fact.
If you are interested in the Business Upgrade, you can log into your site’s Dashboard, navigate to the Store, and follow the instructions there.

the support page talks about multiple blogs with one administrator. It does not state that each blog has its own account, but I would assume that this is true? -
Never mind. I found the answer. Yes, number of blogs per administrator is unlimited and each blog has its own account. Sorry to bother you.
