Header & Footer don’t fit

  The header & footer of my wordpress blog don’t fit. It’s like the body of the blog is too big. See it here: http://www.tahoesun.com.

  I’m thinking I can fix it in the Theme Editor, but I can’t seem to find where it’s at in the CSS files.

  Can anyone offer some help?
