header & images disappeared!

Both my header and most of my images on my posts have disappeared……i checked the forum but haven’t got a clue where to start? Please advise

I jsut had the same problem. I still have my header image, but all the images in my posts have disappeared even though they show up in my image gallery.

It just happen the same to me, i still ahve the header but the images on the post are gone! I hope this is a temporary thing.

Please send in a feedback to the staff as this looks to be a backend issue. When I uploaded an image just a minute ago the file url was
/files/2007/05/filename.pnginstead of the usual/blogname.files.wordpress.com/2007/05/filename.pngthey may be doing some work on the servers so let them know through the feedback button on your dashboard. I would include your blog name and a link to any missing images (the file’s URL) -
All of my images have disappeared too. But, I’m a little “relieved” to see that others are having the same problem. Awhile back, I “lost” one photo and had to reload and reinsert it but on that occasion, it was due to a server upgrade. I would suspect that is the problem again.
Patience is a virtue or so I’m told anyway!
