  Hello
  I would like to have a link above the header photo to the different languages websites. Is this possible? Can I have a header on top of the header?

  Unfortunately, that is not be possible. However, you can add a link to your menu bar by creating your own menu via Appearance -> Menus in your blog’s Dashboard.
