  Hi, i’ve been struggling to add my own image as a header. I chose a theme that was supposed to allow all freeform headers but my image is always cropped (even if I say to skip cropping). How do I change this? Also, why cant I move certain widgets like a menu above or below other items?

  Hi there!

  I chose a theme that was supposed to allow all freeform headers but my image is always cropped (even if I say to skip cropping).

  The themes with a flexible header will accept any image size, however, the image will be cropped to fit the size of the screen so, if you upload a very wide image, you’ll especially notice that it’s cropped on small screens.

  The recommended size for your theme is 2560 pixels wide by 640 pixels high so I’d recommend uploading something within this ratio.

  Also, why cant I move certain widgets like a menu above or below other items?

  The position of the menu is also fixed and will depend on your theme. It can be moved to a certain degree with custom CSS code which is available in plan Premium.
