  If you have you a windows operating system hold down ctrl and press F5 at the same time. This will “clean out and reload” your browser.

  ctrl+f5 on Windows

  If you have you a MacIntosh operating system apple+r on Mac hold down at the same time. This will “clean out and reload” your browser.

  If you have an apple – apple+r on Mac

  If you have linux – f5 on Linux
