  your cropping feature is terrible, anyway I resized a photo and it won’t upload, although it keeps telling me that it has, header remains the same..

  This a peer-to-peer support forum: questions are usually answered by experienced fellow bloggers volunteering, so it’s not “our” cropping feature.

  Yes, the cropper doesn’t always work correctly: you need to use an image editing application to create or resize the image to the exact pixel dimensions the theme requires.
