My website JoAnne’s Postings has two headers and I cant delete them. What do I do? I just wanted to change the header photo and I got two instead of one. Help.

Help. I tried to change my header photo and I got two header photos. One on top of the other. Now I cant remove them. What do I do?

Could you please try removing one header image from the old header area here, by clicking the “Remove header image” option:

After doing that, check your site and see if the correct header image is displaying.
If it’s not the one you wanted to keep, head to Appearance > Customizer, Header Image and click “Add new image” to upload the correct one.

Hi JoAnne, I just noticed that your header was set as a background image under Colors & Backgrounds as well as as a custom header in the Header Image section – that’s why it was appearing twice.
Please remove it from the Customizer under Colors and Backgrounds and re-add it in the Header Image section and let me know if that does the trick.
